RETURNS 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. 

Your refund for the total value of the returned item(s) (excluding original postage paid) will be issued to the original payment method. 

Please be advised when sending back an item for exchange you will be required to make a payment for the cost of shipping when we send out your exchange, this depends on which service you choose to have your exchange sent. Once you have let us know which service you require we can issue you an invoice, once paid we will send your exchange using the method of shipment you selected. 

Please post your items back to us using the post office, or other courier of your choice. the fee for these services is payable by you. We cannot accept returns in person. Please include your returns note with your order number, the reason you are returning the item(s) and please state if you would like a refund or an exchange. Please ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. 

Please allow 14 working days from the date we receive your return, for us to process your refund or exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. If the product has NOT been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you. 

How to return step by step: 

1) Re-package items and state which items you are returning / exchanging on the order invoice you received with your order. 

2) You must include your order invoice in the parcel *we will not be able to allocate your return if the invoice or order number is not stated inside the parcel* If you misplace your invoice please state the item description(s) along with your order number. 

3) Please state our address clearly on the front of the parcel-

4) Send via a tracked service and ensure you keep your receipts.

There is no need to notify us of your return.
