Returns Policy & Portal
Please read the returns policy in its entirety before initiating a return. Items that do not meet the specified conditions may be refused a refund. In such cases, you will be contacted, and the item will be returned to you at your own expense.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure fairness and maintain product integrity, please review the following return conditions:
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- All faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving delivery, any defects present prior to wearing the product can be reported and may be considered a manufacturing fault. Any damage that occurs after wear is subject to assessment by our Quality Control team to determine if it is a manufacturing defect or a result of standard use or misuse.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.
- Any shoes showing signs of wear even if they are tried on and returned with dirt or scratches on the soles will be not refunded, If you wish to receive these back, we will have to charge to return the back to you.
- All products are thoroughly inspected upon return.
- Original delivery charge is non-refundable
- If you have qualified for free shipping and decide to return any items from this order you will be charged the original standard shipping fee of £3.99 in addition to the return fee which will be a total of £7.98 deducted from your refund amount.
- If you are returning shoes. These must be sealed in a returns bag with the correct returns label attached on the packing bag, any items returned without a sealed packing back with returns label attached directly to the shoe box or will incur an additional charge of £3.99 to replace the box. This charge is on top of the charge you pay for the return.
- No printer? Not a problem, you can get the label sent to your phone via email and get it printed at your local post office or any royal mail service point. For this you can create a label as normal and the QR code will be sent via email.
When trying on items, please take care:
- Avoid applying excessive force (e.g., when using zips or fasteners).
- Do not wear any substances that could mark or scent the product, such as make-up, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, or cologne.
- If you are trying on shoes, please make sure you do so on a clean carpet or rug and try not to walk to much as this may cause indents to the shoes, Trying shoes on a hard floor may create scratches which we cannot except back as these will be unsellable.
- Minor imperfections such as slight glue marks, loose threads, or small dents from the production process may occur occasionally and not considered defects. These do not affect the quality and usability of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact our customer service team before sending it back, as unaccepted returns may incur additional charges for re-shipment.
Faulty Goods
We are extremely sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in a usable condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section.
To help us sort this for you quickly, please include the following information when you first contact us;
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code
- Picture of the fault
- Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
Refunds
- If we determine that a returned item has been worn, used, misused, or is otherwise in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and withhold a refund.
- Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed after we receive and inspect your return.
The easiest way to send a return is by using our returns portal. Please be aware to use portal free but if you choose to use the service to return your item there is a charge of £3.99 if you are creating label and taking parcel to the post office or parcel shop, If you decide to arrange a collection from home by Royal mail / Evri this will be charged at £5.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. You will need to keep a copy of receipt given to you by the post office or parcel shop as proof of return. You may to provide this if there is an issue with item not be delivered back to our address.

If the returns portal does not allow you to return your item, this means you are out of your 14 days period to process you return.
If your purchase was made through TikTok live shopping, please initiate your return through the TikTok platform, as we are unable to process these returns through other methods.
